Terms of service
Browsing is browsing. Paid work starts with a signed written scope. Here is how the space in between works.

Who we are
The public-facing brand name is TigerPoint Technologies. The legal entity for contracts and invoices is TigerPoint Technologies LLC. We design and build web apps, websites, Shopify stores, and mobile apps, and we offer four productized AI tools: a website chatbot, an AI phone receptionist, a private AI chatbot, and an AI content engine.
Website content
The content on this site is informational. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract by itself, and it may change without notice.
The free written plan
If you request a plan, we prepare a free written project plan and send it within 48 hours. The plan is pre-contract work product. It does not commit you to hiring us, and it does not commit us to specific pricing, timelines, or availability until a scope is signed. We may decline a request when the project is not a fit for the studio.
Paid work and scope
Paid work starts with a signed scope that defines deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Until that is signed, anything sent through our contact flow, and anything in the free written plan, is part of intake discussion only. We do not start paid work, and we do not invoice, before a scope is signed.
Pricing, payment schedule, and what counts as delivered are set in each signed scope, not on this page.
Intake and project materials
What may be processed during intake includes:
- contact form fields and optional project notes
- website chat details and captured lead messages
- caller details and call notes from AI phone intake, where configured
- transcripts or notes from configured call and workflow systems, when enabled
Once paid work is underway, the selected project may need additional inputs, for example:
- content, documents, designs, and product data for a web, Shopify, or mobile build
- documents and files shared to train or connect a chatbot
- SOPs, internal procedures, and approved internal knowledge sources for a private AI chatbot
We use these materials only to provide services under the signed scope. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything outside your signed scope. You are responsible for having the rights to the materials you give us.
Ownership of delivered work
When a project is paid in full, you own the delivered work product for your business. Where we use pre-existing tools, libraries, or know-how of ours to build it, we keep ownership of those pieces and you receive the right to use them as part of the delivered work. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licenses.
Third-party services
Projects often depend on services we do not control, such as Shopify, the Apple App Store and Google Play, hosting providers, domain registrars, and AI or telephony providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and fees, the accounts are yours, and we are not responsible for their pricing changes, outages, policy changes, or review decisions.
Limitation of liability
We do the work with care, but the website itself is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the work giving rise to that claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
