How this actually goes.

  4. Step 4

    Build in the open

    Weekly updates you can forward. Working pieces early so you are not guessing for a quarter.

  5. Step 5

    Launch, handoff, what is next

    Ship, train you or your team, then either wave goodbye or keep tuning on a retainer if that makes sense.
